Calculate the % of a filtered column and then the ...

Hi All,

I have a survey output with column answers based on questions and then: Positve, Neutral or Negative as an answer. I then have the 2021 and 2020 data in the same format appended into one sheet and have added a date table.

-I need a measure for each queston: the % of each Positve, Neutral or Negative and then the YOY change as a +/-  (%)

-The average of all questions as a % by P, N, N and the YOY diff (%)

I want to have one chart with each question and the % split but then add the YOY change - that i can filter by year where needed.

I'm a total beginner here!
